DBVM with usb keyboard can't get started.

I am trying to test DBVM on my MacBook.
When it says "Press any key to continue"
I realized that my built-in keyboard which is actually connect through USB just can't work!!

I am wondering if DB could solve this problem by using something like "Press any key to continue or wait 10 secs to start DBVM"
or try support USB keyboard.

I hate USB.
Anyhow, since I currently know nothing about USB devices i've compiled a dbvm version where those messages are gone (no timer yet, so read fast....)

I hope I got them all...
