HI.. Can someone help me? When I try to open the CE file to install. A message pops out and say " access violation at address ... " . Can someone help me with this problem?

Ermz. Then can i know how to solve the restarting of com problem? May I ask where could I get the bypass? I couldn't find any bypass downloads from the search
