If your plan was to do this, by this you could mean either what you think we are thinking about this, or what it actually might be, so you are saying it can either be a plan or not, and that I can or cannot accept what is actually right in front of me.

Exactly, create a personality farthest from yourself, thus avoiding suspicion of the two being the same.
