Are there any compilers meant specifically for C. If yes, can you provide some links?

C++ compilers should have support for C.

Most, if not all, C++ compilers have support for compiling in C code. If you are looking for a more specific, get VS2005/2008, both can be configured to compile as C code instead of C++.

Theres a few C-specific ones on there.
