Okay, Here's the idea, simple.

I have been told that an address stays at 0 unless one of two events happen and then the value increases.

So:

Start by searching for a value of 0.

When one of the two events occur, I search for Increased value, simple!

Question is, if i know the value is going back to 0 immediately after, do i search for a decreased value or an unchanged value.

In other words, is the next search based on the last one ( above 0 ), or is it based on the original value ( 0 ).

The value of the address during the first question was 0. The program saves 0 into its memory.



When you goonto your second scan it looks through all the previous 0's looking for any changes that are present during the 2nd scan. If it see's it is still 0(which it would in this case because it changed back BEFORE your 2nd scan occured), You would have to search for an "unchanged" value.
