| If you're concerned about ESD, you can get an anti-static wrist strap that will ground you. But if you're careful nothing should happen, just hold the part by the edges, away from any concact points etc. |

last one took me about 45 minutes to build once the stuff arrived,
only took 2 days for the delivery
edit...
for esd if you aint got an anti-static wrist band just grab hold of a radiator or water tap, any pipe will do that can earth you,
you can just use the pc case as well while its still plugged in but I prefer the radiator or taps,
also dont wear static producing clothing like nylon.polyestor type cloths that produce lots of static,
try to wear cotton cloths like denim/jeans cotton shirt/t-shirts, you get the idea _________________

...do you know anything about a PC?
Get some old pos pc's and rebuild them make sure they work afterwards
Remember static bracelets precautionary must.
RAM = Random Access Memory basically memory stored for faster use while the PC is on. Instead of the read write speeds of hard disks.
Storage? Hard drive size maybe?

wikipedia is good for info on computer parts and what they do.
and really, you shouldnt need much help, all you'll probably need instructions for is plugging it into the mobo, and the mobo comes with a picture showing all of them. _________________
