This tread is just to see who can find the best gaming laptop/desktop. If you think you have found it link a website on the specs of it or post a image.

Id say a custom one, and DEFINATELY not a laptop, becuase they die too easily, and often lag on some of the best stuff. Most indefinately a pc as well, because MACs can't run most of the games to begin with. If it could it would be the new MAC book pro, widescreen, which runs nearly everything perfectly. I'm not too sure on the idea of using Vista or XP, but personally, I prefer XP.

The custom one:
A desktop; with Windows XP
GeForce 8800 GTX
2Gs or higher of RAM
Intel Core: Core 2 Extreme QX6850,which runs at 3GHz and has a 1,333MHz front-side bus speed (the fastest so far.)

For ome people, the trend is installing dual matching graphics cards, called Scalable Link Interface (SLI). Smooth game play depends heavily on the graphics engine and the frame rates produced; higher frame rates mean that moving images and action sequences will run more smoothly, with fewer jitters or hangups.

So basically; Max out the RAM; Get hte best Core; and the beset graphics card(s).

... and he spams alot here, probably because there aren't any mods, but dark byte has already reset his posts once, so I guess he just doesn't have a life.
