Cheat Engine

my library has put on a block so i cant run programs like ms and the ce.. i wanna get by this, is there a bypass that would allow me to get through, ill post pictures in a bit, but any ideas would help...

no i wanna run ms or other games in the library, but it now blocks everyone from opening like anything..i wana get a bypass, (like GGK) and use it so it wont say that the administrator has blocked that program from being used)

and i spend a lot of time in the library when im at school..
