It has to do with the video codec, the player can understance the audio layer, but it doesn't know what to do with the video layer.
Try finding it in a different format or use another player (like WinAmp). |

You need a codec. Download the divx codec and see if that works, that's a pretty common one but I can't guarantee it's the right one. |

that's what i was going to say before, but CEF wasn't working when i tried posting it lol. it's most likely a codec problem, and are you sure they're vids? just double check.

I'd recommend checking out the KLite Codec Pack, which contains a nice chunk of codecs that are the most commonly used.
You can find it here:

K-Lite comes with a player much similar to the classic Windows Media Player (uses the WMP control) but is designed to be ready to use all the codecs included in the pack. The player is pretty powerful and can do everything needed when it comes to playback.

You just need to download the right codecs 
It recognizes it as an Audio soundtrack |
