whenever i try to view embedded videos at sites like metacafe or youtube, my browser stops responding and its memory usage goes way up. after i terminate my browser's process, i occasionally lose all access to programs that require an internet connection to use. this includes any program that checks for updates online, such as itunes. can you guys please help me resolve this issue?
i MAY have found solution to this problem... if not this one, then another one that im having...
anyone know if spyware could have caused this? lol

And back on topic- Maybe you should switch to Opera, it may not be as good as Firefox in many people's opinions, but it's better than IE.

Try it on different browsers, if it still does it, it's probably your computer.
That or you didn't update flash.

i tried on IE and it still happened, so its not my browser's fault. i updated flash and it still happened, so its not flash's fault... any other possible solutions?

I've never had this issue... Sounds strange... Maybe some plug-in is doing something you don't want it to be doing???

I can't think of what may be wrong.
The only experience I had similar to this was when I had X64 WindowsXP and wanted to go to youtube.
I'd get BSOD.

| i used firefox.. but i got random crashes, on like every site, probably beacuase of spyware, i dont know, but now im using opera and it works fine |
