the thing is, that same exact thing happened to our computer.
All my parents did was call the people who sold it to us, they didn't know wat happened, and then they called a geek squad guy who fixed it.

have you checked to make sure all of your fans are functioning? make sure to also check the PSU (power supply unit) fan on the back.

Its not the PSU, But i dunno what fans are? u got a picture of 1 or something? can u describe me what it is? xD my english arent so good
EDIT:
And where should i get a cracked memtest?
