Probably fans spinning up / down.
It doesn't sound anything like a clunking / clicking, right?

no, at first i thought some wires are colliding with the fan, but i opened my computer and saw that the wires are not even touching.

| On most machines, the CPU fan spins full speed when it's first started, then slows down after boot to keep it quiet, that's probably what you're hearing. As long as it's not like a grinding noise it's not likely your hard drive and you should be fine.

If it sounds like paper in a fan like you described, you likely have a wire in a fan. There's usually more than one fan in a computer, make sure you've checked them all.
A bearing could be broken in one of the fans also, try stopping each one individually and seeing what happens(don't run it for more than 30 seconds without anygiven fan though, for obvious reasons.)

| what it sounds like is that your fan is hitting the side of the case it's in.. best chance is to take the computer apart and see.
