Go to Bios, Change the FSB higher 5 at a time, and see if it's stable, If your computer crashes then go to the last stable fsb. Ta Duh.
Not my fault if you jack it up :]

If its Like.. Where Every thing Is Erased, And its Like a New Compu, Then yes. |
You downloaded from a torrent and bured the .iso to disk right? Its bootable and everything right? So when creating that file it fucks up?

No, it came with my compu, Uh, ive used it a couple times worked like a charm. but now i get the bloody error!

lol Kaspersky, Everything you say requires a third party software, Those things suck they don't help you. and of course i know it gets harder in ocing later on

Sounds gay. Maybe it got scratched and the data fucks up.
I suggest getting a torrent client and downloading XP, burning the image to disk and reformatting like that.
EDIT: tyler you can also OC. Those programs just help a tad.
