It's 300-350 USD for the 512MB version. The prices for the 1GB are unknown, to me at least.

Is it just the GTS being released, or are there other versions (GTX for example) that will have the same level of upgrades?

As far as I know, only the GTS, the new GT with the new core (G92) is already available.
