Hey i find my computer/game starting to lag after a few minutes, and im being told its just a memory leak in the game which you can usually get rid of with a program, but idk what the name of it/they are any1 kno/got it?

You can't get rid of the memory leak, the only way it'll "go away" is if the developers of the game fix it.
