| I find it ironic how everyone here has no valid points on WHY they claim Vista sucks. I find it more useful and convenient compared to XP. Once you disable all it's security, of course.

Vista is too annoying.
I would only get it for that nice smoothness and such.
But I have that now - So it doesn't matter.
Once DX10 is like OMFGWOWLOLAWESOMENORMSHITLOL I will get it.
They needa go through a SP tho.

Dude what is the point in disabling the only security feature if they put it there for a reason... maybe not DISABLE it but lower the standards so it doesn't fucking flip out after finding a cookie -.-

but I had xp, vista nad linux at one point (not all at onnce though, TRIPLE BOOT!!)
and I like linux over all except for the fact that you cannot run windows programs. I just dual boot Linux and vista now  |

XP does the same thing. You have to click the text under the shut off button that clearly says
CLICK HERE SHUT OFF WITHOUT INSTALLING UPDATES
or something.

Like all the people with a decent IQ said, you're only saying vista sucks because not everything is vista compatible, but in a few years everyone will have it....
It's like the old "don't have sex before you're married" look how that turned out

It depends of the use.
For the MapleFags, it's a head ache, and for some people that like toy with kernel. For me is ok, since i don't like to fuck so much with kernel and such stuffs.

Vista is indeed a very powerful Operating System, as compared to Windows XP. Many of our fellow cheatengines would scream and curse at Vista when the subject is brought up, citing reasons like "X0MFG!!!I CAN'T USE CHEAT ENGINE!!!! LET VISTA BURN IN HELL!!!". However, you can never escape from the marketing monopoly of Microsoft. In a few years later, they would pull out supports for Windows XP and "force" you to upgrade to Windows Vista, so no point whining about how crapped up Vista is eh?
