* CheatEngine uses it's own RootKit (Not-A-Virus Win32), to hide itself from the process list.
* CheatEngine did not damaged your HardDisk, you were just shocked when you first saw your Blue Screen Of Death and you though your HD was damaged, i bet you didn't even read it.
* Rebooting and making your own uCE will avoid cautions like this.

sry guys it was just that i had to much stuff on my comp and cheat enchine decreased the amount of space to like 1gb and hard drive got damaged lol dont hate me....im sorry im just 12 u know!

Blue screen if just an error screen caused by faulty memory, a corrupt Registry, or incompatible DLLs. BSOD may cause data loss and is a problem.
Anywho, Dark this should be locked.
