it is possible using the auto assemble function in cheat engine,
but your proberbly find it easier to program in a higher level language, rather than at asm level from scratch, unless someone writes it for you so you can copy and paste it into ce,

Just write a dll, doing all that stuff, and then inject the dll, and write a autoassembler script that cals some exports of the dll at certain moments
