Cheat Engine

Ok, I am COMPLETELY new to cheat engine and pretty much hacking overall. I tried doing the cheat engine tutorial [the one that comes with cheat engine] but couldn't even find out how to change health values Sad

. So I was wondering is there like a beginners beginner tutorial for cheat engine?

FIRST GAME EVER HACKED: pinball. (does this count?)

Anyway I think I am starting to get the hang of things. Just a question though, what exactly is freezing? How do you do it? And do you freeze the game your playing or cheat engine?
