And if that doesn't solve it it's your brain. (CE doesn't make any permanent changes except taking up a few mb of your harddisk)

Prolonged use of the speedhack where you've set the speed higher will cause you to get adjusted to the new faster speed so when speedhack is turned off you will find it running quite slow
