delphi works on 64-bit computers (just set in compatibility mode to run as admin)

but to generate 64-bit executables that actually make use of the extra registers and memory, you'll need lazarus (just google it, it's not that hard to find)

I can, but it's not really usable right now. No scanning, no debugging, and a lot of the subfunctions havn't been implemented.

Also, no 64-bit disassembler/assembler ability yet

just wait till ce 5.6 comes out and then I'll continue on this one
