It's really easy actually all you have to do is type in admin or administrator as the code. If the first one doesn't work try a few more. This works especially well if you are living in an apartment like me. I am having one problem iwth it though it seems I'll be connected actually have interent connection flowing though my computer all the vital signs are perfect except when I go to Interent Explorer or anything else that uses the internet nothing displays...

You only use admin or administrator to access your router's page! If you can't even connect in the first place, then you still can't use it.

Router's page for EVERYONE [default]: http://192.168.1.1

Just go there and put the password as admin and it'll probably let you log-in unless they changed it, and 99% of people don't 'cause they don't even know routers have an access page x_X From the access page, you can change wireless internet security [e.g. WEP key] but you have to be able to connect to the network before you can even access the routers page.

Anyways, I opened this thread 'cause I thought you had a way to hack WEP keys...-.-

I clicked on this thread expecting to see at least a little bit of knowledge, but all I find is some dumb way to access a routers configuration?

The funnest wireless hack has to be arp poisoning and filtering with ettercap.

Ok wireless connections are not magic connections between your computer and the internet. To go the internet your computer uses a magical box called a router. Now then gain control over someone router gives you control, hope this clears it up for.

Configuring just the router is not control.
You have to go farther in step then that.

Example:
Like trying to Scan and or brute the pc's on the network to gain access on admin or guest accounts. Then you can try to gain control of the machines.

Im not going to post how or things you use to do this because it can be classified against the rules.

You, Maulkin, know nothing about wireless penetration.

Wireless penetration is not simply gaining access to someone's router admin panel. That is just, well, gaining access to someone's router admin panel.

Hacking wireless networks is not like that. It is completely different.

I will not go into detail about it (as Labyrnth said, it is against the rules), but a successful wireless network hack usually uses ARP Poisoning to sniff packets of your victims, or simply just makes the network unavailable by killing all packets.

Router Admin panels are script kiddy stuff.

Why do you need MAC spoofing? A wireless card in promiscuous mode is enough to sniff 802 traffic -- it is broadcasted....
