I want to send my c++ program on aim so my frend could use it but he doesnt have A compiler and I want him to use it. So how can he run it to use it. Thanks

Uhm, you are supposed to COMPILE the program and send an .exe Rolling Eyes

but if i send the .exe how are they going to open it. They need Dev C++ or Visual C++ or some other compiler. And they cant get a compiler. So how they gonna open it and use it. With what program. Cool

.. you don't need a compiler to open an exe file. It's the same thing as using a UCE without Delphi.

of course you do, .EXE is a special proprietory format made by the founders of "dev-C++" and microsoft to lock people into their products, they give you convienience but at the cost of your privacy, DID YOU KNOW there is a hidden backdoor which allows remote access omg thats why you should always use .cpp files but we generally dont talk about it because THE MAN might be watching these boards
