after i download cheat engine i click open and it says:

then i tried again from where i saved the file and open it this time it says:

Windows cannot find

you can download a trial version of winrar at http://www.rarsoft.com/
The trial version will always allow you to extract files and allow you to compress files. (just removes some extra features when compressing)
