How to change NPC,
For example i play bully i want the teacher will be change into your girlfriend.
or everthing you talk change to any person u want.

CE may not be the best choice for something like this (not beginner-friendly and may not be the most practical way). Usually, it is easier to work with unpacked game files, which will allow you to mod most things and do character swapping much easier.

You can check modding forums to see if your game is listed. If it is, then that usually means that someone has unpacked the game files and it can be more-easily modded.
