Hi all.
I've been trying to use either of ultimap functionality. neither works.

os win 10 with latest updates
cpu: i7-7700k (4 cores, HT)
ram: 16Gig

OS Test mode on, integrity check is off

ultimap
tried as is - after DBVM enabling OS freezes (no BSOD, no errors, just stops responding)
tried disabling HT via UEFI - OS freezes
tried limiting cores to 1 via UEFI - OS freezes

ultimap 2
all cores, HT enabled
- driver loads, left top corner blinks with driver name - ok
- when pressing Record - nothing happens, List size = 0

any insight how to troubleshoot?

undo all updates after and including KB4056891

or, try running the target process as admin, it may make ultimap2 (not ultimap) work a little better, untested

the update does not seem to be installed.

cmd>wusa /uninstall /kb:4056891
"The update KB4056891 is not installed on this computer"



i tried to run notepad.exe as Administrator. Still no luck.

then

- uninstalled latest update 4074588, reboot
- then system installed or unhid 4056892
- uninstalled 4056892, reboot

now runas admin and ultimap2. that fits the bill!

I have feeling you somehow assosiaed with Numega softice legend.
all that features to break on memory acess you implemented in CE. Great work!

thank you for promt help with ultimap2, now it's time to give it a try for ultimap1 again.
