Not finding value searching for all types

Hello, I'm quite new to cheat engine and was just playing around with a psx emulator and wanted to change some value in game. To be exact, I wanted to change the health value in digimon world 1. When I set the value type to all and search for it, I can't find it. But when I set the value type to 2 bytes, it shows up. Am I doing anything wrong or what?

go to settings and check that 2 byte is part of the 'all' type
