I'm trying to find out the how to use CE on Nitro Nation I'm familiar with based use of CE.

But this game gives me a headache unfortunately

I tried to do everything in my power to change values of money and gold also went up and down through this site.

But I have a problem: when I change the value, it changes quickly and come back to the old value. At game screen money and gold change and return quickly!

If I tick checkbox under Active column keep the value I put in and nothing is happening.

So, is there a way to change, for real, the value etc.

are you sure you're not connected to the internet while doing this? Because an internet connection will undo your changes

see what's accessing the address and nop it.

there is high possibility that the address have more than one instruction accessing it, so NOPing them will increase the chance of crashing your game.

you have to experiment.

also for you pop up error, "misbehave" I can also think that there might be a check on the bytes or something similar to this case.
