most new cheat engine users have difficulties on hacking adobe games, like they can't find the value they are looking for.
after reading this short guide you will be able to beat any adobe game,
read carefully to get the concept.
so, how to do i use cheat engine on adobe games.
there is 2 types of adobe games:
adobe flash based: Value * 8
adobe air based: Array Data Type (not confirmed)
adobe flash games: in most adobe flash games value representation in memory is different than graphical value, but. how they calculate data?
here is an example:
CurrentDisplayValue x Multiplied By Eight = Equal CurrentMemoryValue
display value 1*8= memory value
which is in this case: 1 * 8 = 8
another one: 10 * 8 = 80
one more: 100 * 8 = 800
now you should be able to hack adobe flash games, remember take the value you want then multiply it by eight and the result of that put it in cheat engine exact 4 byte value.
i will copy-paste from above LOL
adobe air games: in most adobe air games value representation in memory is different than graphical value, but. how they calculate data?
here is an example:
CurrentDisplayValue - Minus One = Equal CurrentMemoryValue
display value 100-1= memory value
which is in this case: 100 - 1 = 99
another one: 99 - 1 = 98
one more: 98 - 1 = 97
now you should be able to hack adobe air games, remember take the value you want then subtract it by one and the result of that put it in cheat engine exact 4 byte value. _________________

The last few Gemcraft games store important values using an obfuscated redundant format. One game (the maze one I think?) did something like selecting doubles initialized w/ random values out of several arrays and adding/subtracting them IIRC.
You'd be better off getting a hold of the swf file and decompiling it (e.g. JPEXS), or just use a cheat table that already exists. _________________
