My question is kind of strange, but I need to do this.
I want the window of my form to have no interaction with the user.
Example if the user clicks the form, the form should not overlap the other windows, and the window at the top should continue at the top.

I did an external custom crosshair with the CE, but as the mouse in the games are in the middle of the screen, and my form also, when you try to shoot the form is activated.

Assuming that you are not writing your own program and are limited in that regard, there are ways to disable focus and even mouse clicks for a program. I would look at ultimap for this.

Ultimap does not work on my PC.
Do you know if it's possible to do this in C / C ++?
Because if possible, I could do some assembly code.
After all, part of my script I had to do in assembly, due to CE limitations.

FYI, there is an alternative to ultimap called CDA - Code Dynamic Analysis. It is limited to 32bit targets, however.

Regarding C/C++, I do not see why not. I am not a programmer, but I would assume that basic calls are used in windows for those things. It would just be a matter of identifying them so that you can control them or cancel them out within your program. You can use Ollydbg or x64dbg for this.

That said, there may be a better way.

I've figured out a way to do what I want.
Code:
    autoAssemble([[
    alloc(mem, 100)
    createthread(mem)
    label(name_window)

    mem:
     push esi
     push name_window
     push 00
     call USER32.FindWindowA
     mov esi,eax
     push -14
     push esi
     call USER32.GetWindowLongA
     push 00080020
     push -14
     push esi
     call USER32.SetWindowLongA
     pop esi
     ret

    name_window:
     db 'form',0
    ]], true)
