How do I cheat?

hello friends
first of all sorry for these newbie questions, I've 0 experience of coding or hacking.
I've finished CE tutorial, yet I can't do anything to hitman 2016 v1.10.1
since hitman dies almost in 1 shot I can't use decrase value option to find hp. and there is no digits visible so I can't use exact value either.
beside some trainers got stealth option, I've no idea how they are finding it.
another problem is generally when I freeze something, next time game starts values doesnt work. I've to refind them every new game. how can I fix this?
I'll be more than happy if you could guide me.

Do the cheat engine tutorial, you will know more and when we reply with answers you will also understand it easily. Not trying to be a dick but your lack of knowledge shows in your post and you should grasp some concepts first.

I guess you finished the tutorial but didn't quite grasp the concepts.
Anyhow, for health you can do a decreased/increased value search if the address doesn't get reset when you die. If it does, there may be ways to only get some damage, heal then get damage etc. I haven't played the new hitman but in absolution you could get shot several times and heal.
Stealth can be found several ways, the quickest and easiest is through mem searching. Scan when the detected bar or indicator appears and disappears as you get close to an enemy etc.
Each game is very different though, i have had some success with games using string references and in others with debug menus.

thank you for your reply. you might be right, I just solved it like a math question.
about hitman; there is no chance (yet) to get little dmg. I die mostly in 1-3 sec when I get hit. it's very hard to alttab and make decrased value search. even If I can manage to do one, I won't be able to do second search because character will be dead till that time.

there is no modes 
mate I can hack basic games with CE, but hitman is complicated really.

no fall damage ? fires? explosives you can set off ?
