In the hospital my roommate (also a student) told me most people get diagnosed while they're in college because there are more opportunities to be manic in the classroom than anywhere else, and I now know why. They basically teach you that you are superior to everybody else if your brain works faster at solving certain problems and that's a huge trigger.

even graduate school is considered college
