I did some tests with Lua socket, on my own PC and it worked well. But then me and a friend did a test, I connect on his PC, and it did not work. And he could not even connect to mine.
I wanted to know, is it possible to do this? Type agent to converse by cmd using Lua socket.

You probably do not have your system / network configured properly to handle remote connections like this. You need to ensure that the application and port are allowed via any firewall/anti-virus, and that your router is setup to properly handle forwarding the port to your system if you have one (a router).

This goes for your friends system as well.
