All tables, trainers and requests are being handled off-site. Here are some 3rd-party sites.

Do a Google search for "Cheat Engine Neptunia"
Click the little dropdown arrow next to the URL and click Cached

Additionally, you may make use of the request sub-forum via fearlessrevolution for any cheats/trainers/tables that are not currently available.

I personally look in the request section and add requested tables, its just very time consuming as the tables here are scattered in several topics (single pcr/tables section) with some topics having 100+ pages so have to dig through that, the first post contains outdated version etc. It will be easier if i could just post tables without credits/what the author posted (like how its at github) but that will be very confusing.
The whole DB will get recreated eventually though.

Absolutely. The important thing is that the data is and will be available. DB should not be expected to keep those archives forever, especially if they are not going to be publicly available. Data dumps are already happening, so the data will remain accessible.
Regarding authorship, publishers should really start signing their work. If providing additional information and/or proof of authorship is important to them, then they should include that in their scripts or within their table. It would eliminate some of the issues that we are seeing now. I have a template that does this automatically, so setting CE up to do this by default should be relatively easy. Just thinking out loud, anyway.
