Correct instructions would've been:
Code:
  push ecx
  mov ecx,[eax+04]
  lea ecx,[ecx+11A]
  mov [checker3],ecx
  pop ecx

For MOV, eax+04 is the address. [eax+04] is the value at that address.
For LEA, ecx+11A would be invalid. [ecx+11A] is the effective address.
