I set Freeze on the changing value
and It`s interval is 5 milli second.
Of course it works well but I wonder if it will harm my computer(too much short interval)
Should I change my Freeze interval? or not?

If you are wondering if your cpu will go above 100 °C and burn out, the answer is no, you are fine.
You can also use process explorer to check the consequence on your cpu usage when freezing this value.
However, if you just want to freeze the value, you could also find what writes to the variable and try nopping the opcodes.
