In my case I already found what I want, I mean I already found ammunition of My Character but now I want to find Address of My Partner Ammunition
In this case is Resident Evil HD Remake
the problem is me and my partner is use same Opcode to write and use same last offset so it hard to separate which ammo is mine or partner
So I decide to find Partner Ammo so it will be more easy to accurate my own ammo
Since Partner in Resident Evil HD Remake only stay on some screen only
My Idea first is find Ammo Pointer and I did
and then focus on partner one by When He Left me behind his address should be - or value = "??"
An Example Below

As you see the pointers with value 15 is actually my own ammo
And the one with

00000FFC = ??
is Barry's Ammo
Since he left the map now so it become ??
But then the Pointer I want to continue Re-scan is Barry one, not mine |

So I have no choice at the moment so I just Rescan with Address FFC instead
and I got 13 pointer and I think it should accurate, it will re appear number once barry, Rebecca on field
But the problem is I didn't like to searching nill '??' or - value |

Well, the Red Square One is the best pointer I want it to be when Barry / Rebecca not on map
But this one i just pick up from 1213 pointers above and it should be more rescan for more accurate but I can't cause program didnt allow me to search - or ?? va |

In short, you want a rescan filter which will keep "currently invalid" pointers, and remove everything else?

You can try my custom build (check my sig, package "update17.01.20.7z", extract over CE6.6)
There is 
(check this and only P->???????? should be saved)
