Any idea how to do this? I will have to access the node addresses somehow and read them one by one using ReadProcessMemory.

std::map does not have a solid single implementation to base your code on. Across the STL versions and changes, as well as different compilers / implementations of the STL all implement std::map differently so you are not going to have a sure fire way to just map out a structure and apply it to the memory.

You are going to have to debug the target and determine the layout yourself and determine where it stores the key/value pairs and how to walk said data. Given that a map can hold 'T' value, the method required to walk the data itself will vary based on what the map is currently holding.
