Is there a way in which I can get cheat engine to compare 2 structure table just like the same way you do with pointers?

Most people I find manage to find their team's name offset and related things in a structure table when the offset are MILES of their scanned offset - I do not think they spend hours looking in the individual pieces of code testing on each of them - was wondering what kind of technique they might've used.

the structure spider lets you do that.
You can compare two structures or the same structure at different states using shadow structures(or 'locked struccture')

You can even do a pointerscan for strings starting from the given address. That's how I usually find a path to a string. (most often used on stack snapshops)
