as for the card I think they all are the same in performance (sorta) but the one better I would say is the EVGA GTX 960 SuperSC GAMING ACX 2.0+ 4GB GDDR5

as for the icons, I don't know what's a "bit locker" so I cant help you there.

Don't use bitlocker, but I would imagine that any link/folder created by/protected with bitlocker is supposed to have some kind of lock on it to show that it's encrypted? If so, have you tried to manually change the icons? Maybe the icon for bitlocker shortcuts is missing or needs to be set.

"And about changing the icons back manually?"
if you mean delete them and create another ones..... NO .. it wont do any thing
"get rid of bitlocker and find a copy of true crypt 7.1a"
you know ... this thing is one of the windows things and if i reinstall a new version of it (like 8 or higher) the cryption will still remain (and it is safer)
there is no way to fix this and the bitlocker would sill remain ?? (like working on registry or some hacks or ...)

-No, I mean manually changing them (right-click, properties, change icon). You should be able to navigate to the proper icon/exe to assign it manually, assuming that your encryption program isn't blocking windows from seeing them.
