|
|
Is it possible to create your own variable and make the game save it? Or make cheat engine memorise the variable and save it when you quit it?
E.g.
The max health of the main character in this game isn't saved, each time the game reloads or you retart it, it just checks which part of the max health the hero can have because you collect these crystals, and they increase your max hp. If you make the crystals give you double the amount of max hp, then it works, but upon restart of the game it goes back to how much it *should* be.
EDIT: I'd like an AA script, cause I don't know the other languages much.

Hack the number of crystals you've found instead of your max health.

Unfortunately there's a "cap" on the crystals. By cap I mean... a hard-coded-cap that would take lots of time to "pass through".
I was thinking about finding some junk value that is saved and then storing max hp in there then getting it back once it's loaded, but for some reason, very little is actually saved in this damn game...
only the EXP and current health are saved I think, at least I can't seem to find a good junk value :/
nope, can't hack exp, cause you have to spend those, which means it goes down...
EDIT: So, is there like a way to create a "cheat engine exclusive" value? Like, let's say the user opens it up and without attaching it to anything, the value is 100. If it is increased to say 105, and the user decides to quit cheat engine, the value is saved, so when the user opens it next time it's gonna be 105 instead of 100.
