I'm planning on upgrading my Graphics Card but I don't know how.
These are my current PC Specs.
GPU: GeForce GT 610
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: 8GB
Running Windows 8.1
So im looking for a graphics card that doesn't cost more than $250 or $300.
And would be able to play GTA IV and Watch Dogs maybe.

290X or 970.
Check your power supply first. You probably would need an upgrade assuming you have a weak power supply, say anything less than 350 watts.

If you plan to get a 970 you are going to need at least a 500W power supply. And even then you are going to want a bit more to ensure nothing is struggling with the rest of the system. Also be sure to read into what you buy first and make sure that it is compatible with everything you have (and everything else you plan to upgrade such as the power supply etc.).

I got an 800 watt power supply for my 580; but then it got busted cause apparentely the ampage (or something like that) wasn't enough on the power supply, fried my motherboard lol. So, make sure you look at the side specs as well as the power.
