Cheat Engine

I think everyone already knows this but I'll post it here anyhow.
If you want to contribute to the ce project these are the following things to take notice of:
1: Your addition has to be open source so other people can see your source from the cvs
2: Written in delphi, but if you make a extension dll or standalone helper app, other languages are allowed. (With the requirement that I am able to compile the source as well with the same compiler)
3: Cheat Engine is a GENERIC cheat tool, meaning it can be used by ANY game. Therefore do not put any game specific functions in it. (Plugins can be used for game specific stuff)
4: If you gain enough trust and have shown your way arround programming and the ce source I can even give you write access to the cvs
5: Don't make use of installable delphi components, they will ause trouble with different delphi versions

6: Give suggestions on what to improve/add (remember, generic, so no game specific buttons)

I would help man but I don't program in delphi. I could make you a runtime in VB, just let me know what you need.

i'd donate, but i dont even have my first car, let alone a credit card.
as soon as i get into abit more advanced delphi i plan on improving it and giving you ideas to help you improve upon it yourself, as it is your program.

I programm Python, Nood Help with that? I don't know any like hacking or anything with it. I ca send packets through it, but I cannot modify the values in python.

Last time I've seen a post here about translating CE source code to CBuilder. What happened to the project?

decided it's useless.
But if you want to write your stuff in Cbuilder and incorporate into ce is no problem. I can load in generated obj files, or just load it as a dll
