Wanted to post in the "what happened to sicheats" thread but it was closed. So I'm just posting to give my two cents on the subject like it wasn't closed.

In the original thread there were comments about sicheats and Haxor adding to the gaming community. I don't see that either added a damn thing.

I know nothing about people making trainers stealing other's work so I can't comment about that.

What I will comment on is Haxor and sicheats itself.

First the site. About the worst made website I have visited. Everything there was just catywampus and navigating there was nothing but a pain in the ass. To make matters worse is going there was like rolling the dice. One day it worked and another day the site was down. Being that to use a trainer made there required the trainer to contact the site before you could use it on a game, the trainer was worthless when the site was down cause you couldn't use it.

Now I'll comment on that prick Haxor. Yeah I said it. Anyone that would come up with making trainers that had to connect to a site to use is just a plain idiot as far as I'm concerned. Then the dude was playing God on the website and banning anyone who disagreed with his practices. I was one who got banned from questioning things he did. The dude even lied on one of dialogs I had with him about trainers being down because of inconsistent website and having to phone home (Trainer comment section) when saying, "I hear ya" and "all new trainers from here on out would no longer be required to connect". Then when nothing changed I commented about what he had said that he didn't do, and he banned my ass.

So I got nothing good to say about him or sicheats. Pulling no punches, calling a jackass a jackass, plain and simple.

All I can say in the matter is "good riddance" to both of them and IMO the gaming community is better off without them. There are just too many good trainer makers out there to choose from to need to put up the crap of Haxor and sicheats. One bad apple out of the barrel thrown away. That's a good thing.

The thread you are referring to was STN vs wiccaan/atomos, it had nothing to do with sicheats or h4x0r but the history between us and it was closed probably because none of us had anything more to say. I do agree it shouldn't have been closed in case some third party wanted to add something but it was atomos decision and he's the mod around here.

Just as a reference I was not the one to close/split the topic at first.

@Mike89: A lot of cheat sites do this same thing now a days with their own home-brewed 'DRM' on their trainers to have ways of tracking people without their consent. Majority of the trainers you will find will have these features in them now. Along with having a kill-switch on the account to just ban whomever they feel.

You are best off avoiding sites like that all together when possible.

I don't know any of those "DRM" trainer sites you are referring too. I get my trainers mostly from GameCopyWorld, Fling, Lingon, Deviated, etc. Thankfully none of those have this phone home crap.
