|
|
I've been searching in the forum but was unable to find a topic with this same problem.
I'm trying to record some slowmo sequences in Arma 3 using Cheat Engine Speed Hack and Dxtory.
When playing, everything looks slow, smooth and fine, but when I check the recording, it's not slow anymore. Just normal recording and a black screen recording afterwards.
Does anybody know how to solve it or how to record slomo using speedhack?
Thanks a lot in advance.

I'm not sure they exist, but you should use a screen recoding device that does not hook into the target process.
Otherwise, if you're a more than average programer, find the IAT of the injected screengrabber's dll and find the timing functions it uses and redirect them to a unmodified version of those function

I tried to use the Speedhack on the recording software, but it didn't do anything. Had to try!
I've finally used Hypercam 3 and running the game in windowed mode... well it's not the finest recording but at least it works.
Thanks for your help!
