you need delphi 7 enterprise. No other delphi variant has these xml units.
Alternatively, just remove those units and ditch saving/loading tables, or save your own way

Borland delphi 7 standard won't do. You really need borland 7 enterprise.
Or as i said, just edit the code so that unit isn't needed anymore.
See it like an training exercise, since the only reason people get 5.6 is because they think it's easier to make undetected (it's not easier) And since you wish to make it undetected you will need to know how to code, because as opposed to what those extremely outdated tutorials tell you, it's not only strings, but also code that is detected.
So it's best to get some experience cutting out code and still make it function
