How do I cheat?

I am new to most of this. The game I am attempting to create a trainer for is Turok2. I have managed to find all memory addresses for things such as god mode and infinity ammo. back in the day i used Trainer Maker Kit. However, it does not run on Windows 7.
What I want to know is if it is possible to use Cheat Engine to create Trainers in a .exe format to be able to be used stand-alone without Cheat Engine?
All of my programming is done with Lua Scripting as far as I understand. All i want to be able to do is Poke addresses with my specific values with a button and create my own .exe trainer.
My address is 00AD4970. I want the button to change the value at this address to 200. Can somebody give me a example how to write this?
Please advise what my nest steps should be.

If you known a little of free pascal, then you can use Lazarus to write a standalone trainer.
Here's a trainer framework and some examples.
If as you said you just known lua, then I suggest that use ce's script engine. Then save your trainer as a exe trainer.
Here's an example, download the source file.

I downloaded the link you provided and it tells me a error. cheat engine cant even open it.
If you are able to use CE to create a form then why cant you make a button to poke a address? Trainer Maker Kit could do this... Where is the "CE Script engine"? what do I press??

I just wanted to touch base again with everyone. I have yet to figure out a answer or soulution for my previous question. If so embody could please help me out it would be great and I would really appreciate it.
