I have created a trainer in Lua and I would like to know if it is possible to make this into a standalone EXE-file.

It generates the UI with code.

If your script sets up the gui when executed and shows it as well, then just click the save button, and save as an .exe
That will open a dialog asking if you wish to add in extra files, and then generate the .exe

Where should I paste the lua code?

Edit:
OK, I think I found out where, however how do I can I do so the user of the trainer can choose which process to inject into?

You can show a window with a listbox filled with the results of getProcessList, or just find and open the process yourself. Or add the process to the autoattach stringlist so ce opens it when it sees it

You can look at the example lua code ce generates when you do file->create generic trainerscipt from table and then generate a trainerscript there. The code it generates adds the target process to the auto attach list
