Uh no. A 560TI wont play on ultra easily. MY 6850 doesnt either even with an OC. 6950 area is whats ment to play ultra smooth. I have not played it in a while though so Im unsure if its been patched for stability though.

Um, the 560Ti is the 6950 equivalent.. Ultra at 1080p with AF/AA you won't really be able to play smoothly on either cards. You need at least a 570/6970 or above. 7870 and 7950 / 680 / 670Ti will do the job flawlessly.

570/580 are closer than the 560ti

Sure it wins a few but most are taken by the 6950. 580 should be up with 6970. I know the Ti has extra shaders or something but you give it too much credit. This game is also AMD optimized.
