How do I cheat?

I tried to hack NO COOLDOWN myself.
When I'd found one address worked, after I freezed it.
It got crashed!

How to solve this? Another one is..
I take notice the values I can find they always vary.
I meant when I hack others that's not NO COOLDOWN.
They aren't stable. How to solve this one as well?
